Challenge

Promach was looking for a replacement for its existing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software, looking for a mobile app that could work offline.

Results

BAM! now allows the large partner network to access product information, marketing and sales collateral, and sales training materials in an easy-to-use mobile app - with offline mode - and web access, as well. Multiple calculators assist buyers with the key information they need to make a decision.

The Challenge

ProMach's previous PRM platform and others they investigated during their search for a new tool had limitations. Whether it was only permitting certain types of files, or maximum allowable file sizes, or the lack of a mobile app, there were always blocking constraints. And none of the solutions worked offline, a core requirement of Promach's. 

The Solution

BAM! helps ProMach's sales team and Channel Partners to the right content was very challenging partly due to the size of our organization and the different businesses that we had within within that platform. so it was really great to see that bam had the option to be flexible with us. So even though we have three brand or actually Four businesses within the BAM app now.

For some brands, it makes more sense to organize content by a machine category and for other brands it makes sense to do it by market and even within that you can have folders for brochures or for videos. It's been helpful for the marketing group to have that flexibility with company admins having the ability to make all of the changes they need to on the fly. 

The BAM! team has a track record of great communication whenever we need something or have a question about anything from our distributors. They are great problem solvers and help you find better ways of doing things.

The Results

BAM! helps ProMach brands onboard new Distributors because once they're given access they have everything available immediately, right at their fingertips. From videos to products, nine different calculators to a request for quote feature, the app now connects the entire distribution network with everything they need right from day one. It also works as a highly effective tool for training internal salespeople in less than half the time it used to take.
